Children’s Privacy Policy

This Children’s Privacy Policy (“Children’s Privacy Policy”) describes the types of Personal Information that MTEK Solutions LLC dba Easemble ("Easemble," "we," "us," or "our") may collect from visitors and users who are under the age of 13 (“Child” or “Children”) or that Children may provide us when accessing and using the www.easemble.com website, mobile application, or related services (collectively, the “Site”).It also describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, maintenance, protection, and disclosure of Children’s Personal Information when Children access and use the Site and tells parents and legal guardians (“Parents,” “you,” or “your”) about Children’s privacy rights and the choices you may have with respect to your Child’s Personal Information.

Please read this Children’s Privacy Policy carefully before allowing your Child to access or use the Site to understand our policies and procedures regarding your Child’s Personal Information and how we will treat it.

Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein have the meaning set forth in our Terms of Use or our general Privacy Policy, which are hereby incorporated by reference.

Notice

The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and its rules (collectively, “COPPA”) require us to inform Parents about our practices for collecting, using, and disclosing Personal Information from Children. It also requires us to obtain verifiable consent from a Child’s Parent for certain collection, use, and disclosure of the Child’s Personal Information.

This Children’s Privacy Policy only applies to children under the age of 13 and supplements our general Privacy Policy. Only our Privacy Policy applies to the use of the Site by anyone age13 or older.

Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Children’s Privacy Policy at any time by posting an updated Children’s Privacy Policy on the Site. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy. If we make any material changes, we may provide you with a notice on the Site, and we may also, at our sole discretion, provide Parents of registered Users with an email notification of those changes. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Children’s Privacy Policy, and your Child’s continued use of the Site after we make changes is deemed to be your acceptance of the updated Children’s Privacy Policy. If any modification is unacceptable to you, you shall not permit your Child to use the Site. 1.            Information We Collect From Children

Children can access many parts of the Site and its content and use many of its features without providing us with Personal Information. However, some content and features are available only to registered Users or require us to collect certain information, including Personal Information, from them. In addition, we use certain technologies, such as cookies, to automatically collect information from our Users (including Children) when they visit or use the Site.

A Child must provide us with the same information to register with the Site as an adult, as described in our Privacy Policy. Additionally, when a Child registers for a User Account, we will also request an email address. We may request additional information from your Child, but this information is optional. We specify whether the information is required or optional when we request it.

2.            How We Use Personal Information of Children

We use the Personal Information your Child provides us or that we collect through your Child’s use of the Site as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Site does not distinguish between Users of different ages and, therefore, we may use the Personal Information of a Child for any purpose described in our Privacy Policy. If any of the practices or procedures described in our Privacy Policy are not acceptable to you, you may request that we delete your Child’s User Account and all associated Personal information by following the procedures outlined in the following Section.

3.            How You Can Manage Your Child’s Personal Information

At any time, you may review your Child’s Personal Information maintained by us, require us to correct or delete the Personal Information, and/or refuse to permit us from further collecting or using your Child's information. You acknowledge that by requesting us not to collect or delete Personal Information we may have about your Child, we may not be able to provide the Site or certain features of the Site to your Child.

You may correct, amend, or delete the information we hold about your Child by logging into your Child’s User Account and going to the "My Account" section of the Site.

You may also ask us to delete Personal Information and other information about or created by your Child and made public on the Site by contacting us and following the procedures outlined below.

If you cannot log into your Child’s account, we will provide you with the opportunity to update the username and/or password applicable to your Child’s account upon verification of your email address and reasonable proof of your identity.  After receiving proof of your identity, you may request that we delete or change any or all of your Child’s Personal Information (subject to certain exceptions), and we will do our best to respond to your request within thirty (30) days of receipt.
